"Bring the coast indoors....."

I opened my business, Richard's Photography, a little over 50 years ago.  My primary focus centered on photographing families, children, and weddings.  However, about twenty years ago, while spending a week at the beach, I discovered the beauty of seashells along the coast.  The unique patterns, shapes and colors of the shells made each one an amazing work of art.  Knowing that I had to capture the essence of their beauty, I started collecting shells and photographing them in their natural environment with the sand, seaweed, and ocean waters.  Capturing the intensity of their colors, that perfect moment of light, and the movement of the waves became my challenge.  Each photograph offers you the opportunity to bring the coast indoors - whether it is in your home, office or beach house.  As you gaze at the photographs, if you have any questions, please contact me at the information on my website.
